The Turn Co started from a simple truth: a safe, clean apartment can change everything.
Unexpectedly, suddenly, and with two bags in her hands, Cole found herself in a freshly renovated apartment—the first place she truly felt safe in years. That apartment became her foundation for rebuilding.
While doing gig economy work and figuring out her next move, Cole heard about a developer who needed vacant apartments cleaned, painted, and repaired. Drawing from her notable multi-family marketing background, she reached out to her service contacts for guidance. Two weeks later, The Turn Co was formed.
What started with basic cleaning and minor handyman work grew into a comprehensive licensed General Contractor business focused exclusively on the multi-family industry. Today, The Turn Co manages renovations, turns/make ready and a host of maintenance and remodel services across LA and Orange County, but the mission remains the same: create spaces where people can feel safe and start fresh.
